Software Developer – Application Server

To strengthen our web team we are seeking a motivated employee with expertise application server development and web technologies.

The Software Developer - Application Server will, as part of a team, advance development of our applications server on the basis of Tomcat. The goal is to develop new solutions with web technologies, and to convert existing products and solutions to web based solutions. You will be involved in all phases of development from analysis, concept design, implementation, and documentation, to maintenance.

Qualified candidates will have/be:

• Experience with web technologies and application servers, such as Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, Ruby on Rails or WebObjects
• Experience with AJAX
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in the English language
• Able to work independently
