„The flexis solution provides us with a planning tool which is both flexible and reliable, and which drastically optimizes the production of our wide range of axles. Following the smooth installation in the fall of 2004, it was possible to switch from the “push” principle to the “pull” principle which led to a significant reduction in inventory.  The flexis solution allows customers and delivery dates to be allocated while also taking into account assembly times and the variable lead time parameters. It therefore simplifies planning considerably and leads to a leveling of the entire assembly.

The result is a reduction in lead time of two to three days. The flexis solution met our expectations fully.
