Oliver Rupps has been a member of the Supervisory Board of flexis AG since 2009. After graduating in business administration from the WHU Vallendar, the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce Lyon, and the Texas A&M University, he was active in different management positions in the purchasing, logistics, and enterprise planning departments at Mercedes-Benz AG and DaimlerChrysler AG.

After stints as a director at the IT firm ilas AG, as chairman of the board of management at Erwin Steinle Int. Spedition GmbH & Co. KG, and as CEO of the automotive supplier ixetic GmbH in Bad Homburg, Oliver Rupps has been CEO of Südmo Holding GmbH in Riesbürg since 2008, a company which manufacturs components and installations for the beverage and food, and the pharmaceutical industries. In addition, he is honorary commercial judge at the Landgericht Stuttgart. He also gives regular presentations and lectures on logistics topics, for example at the WHU – Otto Beisheim Hochschule Vallendar.
