Dr. Rolf Aschermann has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board since the founding of flexis AG in 2000. After serving in legal and commercial management functions of international media enterprises, he has been working as a freelance lawyer in Berlin since 2004 with a focus on corporate law, M&A, as well as media law. He holds additional supervisory board seats at ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg (chairman) and at ALBIS Finance AG, Hamburg (deputy chairman).
