Udo Dengler is a supply chain planning expert with more than 20 years of experience in designing and developing innovative software solutions for customers like Intel, General Motors, Philips, Toshiba, Hitachi, Samsung, Boeing, P&G, and Kraft Foods.

Udo holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Stuttgart/Germany. At Siemens Corporate Research in Munich he developed one of the first finite capacity scheduling systems on graphical workstations, and then moved to Toronto to become R&D Manager at Numetrix responsible for one of the first commercially available Advanced Planning and Scheduling Systems in North America. In 1996 Udo co-founded Adexa, which became one of the leading supply chain planning vendors. Udo served Adexa as Chief Technology Officer for over 10 years leading their R&D, Product Management and Customer Support organizations.

As CEO of flexis Information Systems Inc. Udo Dengler is concerned with establishing a successful flexis subsidiary in Canada, that will allow flexis AG to expand its business in North-America on a broad basis.
