Christian Ketterer is an expert in IT project management, business consulting, and process design in planning and logistics. After graduating from the University of Freiburg with a degree in Economics he engaged in a study on the comparison of IT systems in Japan and Germany. Since January 2004 he has lived and worked in Tokyo. Christian Ketterer has been President of flexis Japan K.K. since July 2008.

Before joining flexis, Christian Ketterer worked for other companies. For three years he worked as a module consultant and SAP team lead at CSC Ploenzke. In 2001 he moved to Daimler AG, first in Untertuerkheim, where, as a project manager, he was responsible for the implementation of SAT R/3 at MDC Power GmbH in Koelleda. He subsequently worked in Japan as project manager for all Daimler alliance projects at Mitsubishi Motors Co. and after that as project lead for SAP IS Automotive at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Co. Before joining flexis, Christian Ketterer was a senior management consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services Japan (IBCS) with project deployment in Zhenzhou/China.

As CEO of flexis Japan K.K. Chrisitan Ketterer is responsible for the development of business activities in the Asian market.
